Owner Role

The owner role has full access to your organizations database. This role can only be assigned by a current owner on your organization’s account.

When logged into your Tickit Health account, you will have access to the following on the Navigation bar on the left side of your screen:


  • Reports: Youth submitted surveys
    • View / print / download individual survey reports
    • Search by date, identifier, survey, filter by flag
    • Delete a ‘test’ survey
  • Profiles: Create new youth profiles/import groups
    • Access individual youth surveys over time
    • Search all youth added into your database
    • View all surveys submitted by a youth
  • Analytics: Run and filter population data
    • Print / download analytics report
    • View stats that detail the aggregate data of survey responses. You can specify:
      – Site specific data (if applicable)
      – Survey type
      – Custom date range
  • Export: Run and download data with desired parameters
    You can choose:
    • Site specific (if applicable)
    • Date range
    • Survey type
    • Specific parameters


  • Devices: not a feature within the RAAPS/ACT system
  • Surveys: View list of licensed surveys
    • View last submission date
    • View total submissions for each survey
    • Access survey link to copy and send to youth via desired method
    • Access test link to copy and use for testing and training purposes
  •  Users: Add new users (staff)
    • Update / manage / delete existing users
    • Force an existing user Password update
    • Only accessible through the ‘Owner’ role
  •  System: View system settings
    • System settings are defaulted to meet HIPAA compliance
    • Only accessible through the ‘Owner’ role
  •  Logs: Monitor activities
    • View / monitor all activities by all users within your organization
    • Only accessible through the ‘Owner’ role
