Access your Tickit Health login screen at

User: Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset it by visiting the Tickit® login page at and following these simple steps:

Click Forgot password? under the password field.

Enter the email address used to login to your account.

Click Reset password.

Check your email inbox for the password reset email. The email will come from ‘Tickit Notification’ with the subject line ‘Reset password’. Open the email and click Reset password. You will be prompted to enter a new password.

Once you have successfully updated your password, Click on Login, and login as usual with your email and new password.

When logged into your Tickit account, you can change your password at any time by clicking on your name in the bottom left-hand corner, and then click on My profile.

In the pop-up window, you can update your User Info and Password. Be sure to click save.


  • All users’ passwords must meet HIPAA compliance by containing the following:
    • At least one of the supported special characters !@#$%^&*(), at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and be at least 10 characters in length.
  • Passwords cannot contain 3 sequential characters from your email address. Example, if your email is you cannot use the password firTree!72 because it contains ‘fir’ which is part of your email.
