Surveys: Changing/Updating Youth ID on a Completed Survey

Note: If an incorrect ID number that does not belong to a profile is entered, a new blank profile will be created with the incorrect ID and the survey will be assigned to that profile.

If a survey is completed under the incorrect youth ID, you can easily update to the correct ID by using the “Transfer report” function.

  • Open the report that you need to update
  • Click on “… More” all the way to the right in the demographics box
  • A dropdown will appear, click “Transfer report”
  • A pop up window will appear.
  • Use the search bar to find the correct profile to which you need to assign the report.
  • Once you have selected the correct profile, click “Transfer” at the bottom and your report will be updated.
  • You will see a purple message at the top of the screen indicating the your report has been successfully updated.
